I can't overstate the importance of Listening when taking into consideration what Asset in which you are interested in purchasing.  When it comes down to the Integrity- the Asset must have a long term value.  

The Technical Text I choose to adhere to must have a long-term value, so as, the information given will provide important knowledge that will benefit the structure of the subject matter I am trying to share.  We have a social responsibility to produce a value in our written word.  That value has both monetary and social impacting gain.

When I am making a business agreement I first reference the business motive, ethic and integrity.  I pray and ask the Father is his plan to produce an equal or a multiplied factor to the agreement in which I purpose.  As I develop the blog text I link the professional business that best qualifies my Technical Text.  I determine two factors:
