"Managers came to the understanding that the Brand transition to Social Media ultimately involves a re-casting of the customer relationship, where the customer has become an ally or an enemy, not an audience."

The Wisdom of [Good] goes hand in hand with the adage "Good is as Good does".  In the age of Social Media Relationship's ethics are defined by social norms or cultural behaviors that benefit a mass mahogany of likeable intakes.  Keeping up with appearances, establishing a social platform and relating to our social media audience has come along way from the "calling card" days of Victorian England.

Understand the Values of your Audience

"The dictionary defines values as the regard that something is held to deserve, the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.  The value I put into something defines the measure I give Merit to [it] or how the something makes me feel.  Giving generously of my Good Nature when interacting with my audience and then in turn my audience interacting with me in Good Nature seems, for me, the defining point that I am communicating.  I value generous giving and a joyful happy spirit.  I feel good when others exhibit these same qualities."

When ideas are expressed, shared and reciprocated the elevation of the relationship between my audience and myself is enriched.  Being socially responsible with how I engage with my audience with the way that I communicate comes down to the choice of words that I use.

Two-Way Communication Between Your Audience and You

It is important to value your audience and invest in them what is best for the engagement that will promote a socially responsible action.  Instead of letting my brand or intellect speak to my audience I prefer to engage with an open welcome state of mind.  As I write my Allegorical Prose or Technical Text, I keep to the thought that my audience is with me, and I am talking with them.

Listen - Sincerity - Consistency

I approach listening to an audience base by paying attention to there interactions over a broad panel of socially responsive actions through social media.  I read a lot of articles and pay attention to what the trends are.  By so doing, when engagement comes from my audience, I am ready to establish a fine foundation of topic matters and specialized helps.

Listening has certainly been the top character quality that has established Good Relationships for me.  I have also found that being sincere and consistent with my social media audience has helped me build a bridge between me and the integrity of the fabric that creates who I am and what I have to offer.  By being sincere and consistent thru nuance, tone of text, brand, and image's I share, my audience knows what to expect.  I always want to give generously with my time and talent that brings value and benefit.
